The Florence Ayers Suite is named after both the daughter of Augustus Ayers and the Italian city where the mansion’s designer resides. This suite is one of the brightest rooms in the mansion. With east and south facing windows, the suite has filtered morning sun and beautiful views of Victorian homes along historic W. State Street. An original fireplace adds to the character of the space. The Suite has an adjoining private bath stocked with our exclusive toiletries.

The Grace Ayers Suite is named after the youngest Ayers daughter. This suite is smartly appointed in soft hues of green and black. Large windows and a stunning original fireplace anchor the space. This suite has views of tree-lined historic W. State Street and architecturally significant homes. A well-appointed private bath with exclusive toiletries adjoins this suite.

The David Ayers Suite is named after the only Ayers son. This suite combines the beautiful architecture of the mansion with smart, modern touches. The Suite’s shades of camel, white and black create an inviting, relaxing space. An original fireplace adds architectural interest to this suite. The Gus and Annie Ayers Suite is named after Augustus Ayers, the builder of the mansion, and his lovely wife. You will see his portrait on the south wall of the parlor. This beautifully appointed three-room suite is the perfect marriage of Italianate design and modern touches. The original sleeping porch is now a charming sitting area with three walls of windows. It features a luxurious private bath with exclusive toiletries.
